First we have to get a registry editor. If you do not have one we can download this which is freeware and requires no installation. Just copy the exe on our device and start it.

At this point we have to go in the following registry key.

HKEY_Local_Machine \ Software \ Microsoft \ Shell \ Rai \: MSCONTACTS

and look for the key value "1" should be "MSPOUTLOOK contacts". Now substitute the value of the key with the location of the program that we want to use the default. In our example we want to use PocketCM. Then enter the value "pocketcm.exe"

At this point we make a soft reset to apply changes
